Delivery Times & Costs

Delivery Times
● Within Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 2-3 business days
● Other Emirates: 2-5 business days
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link to your email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Shipping Fees
● Orders below AED 300: AED 25
● Orders above AED 300: Free shipping within the UAE (remote areas excluded)
● Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: AED 10 on top of the shipping fee
Returns
We want you to love what you order. If you need to return a product, here’s how it works:
Double-Sealed Products
What counts as returnable?
● Product is unopened and unused.
● Double-sealed packaging is intact.
● Product and packaging are free from dents, scratches, or missing tags/wrapping.
● Product arrived damaged or wasn’t what you ordered (please let us know within 2 days of receiving it).
What happens next?
● If your product meets the above, we’ll happily process your refund.
● Refunds usually take 7–10 business days to appear in your original payment method.
● If the product was delivered damaged or wasn’t what you ordered, we’ll also refund the shipping cost.
Plastic-Covered Products
These products don’t have a full protective seal, so they aren’t eligible for returns. The only exception is if an item arrives damaged or incorrect (if so, please notify us within 2 days of receiving it), in which case we’ll make it right and refund both the product and the shipping cost.
Offers & Value Sets
What counts as returnable?
● The entire package is unopened and unused.
● The entire package, including all products and their double-sealed packaging, is intact.
● The entire packaging is free from dents, scratches, or missing tags/wrapping.
● The set was delivered damaged or wasn’t what you ordered (please let us know within 2 days of receiving it).

How to Start a Return Request
Getting your return started is easier than you think:

● We’ll arrange a pick-up for you (usually within 2 working days).
● As soon as we receive your item(s), we’ll handle your refund promptly and it’ll be processed within 7-10 working days.
