Delivery & Returns Policy
Lead Time and Cost
- Verde & Well delivery may take 1-2 Business Days within Dubai and Abu Dhabi Emirates and within 2-5 business days across other Emirates.
- Standard delivery incurs a fee of AED 25 for orders below AED 250. Offers and Value Sets are excluded.
- Orders above AED 250 enjoy free shipping to the Dubai & Abu Dhabi locations.
- Once an order is dispatched a tracking link will be sent to your email by our delivery partner where you can track the journey of your order.
Exchange & Return
If you need to return your double-sealed product, please follow these instructions:
1.For Return Guidelines for Double-Sealed Skin Care Products
Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
- Products must be unopened and in their original, unused condition.
- The double-sealed packaging must remain intact.
- The package must be free from damage, dents, scratches, or removal of tags and paper wraps.
Refund Process:
- We will process your refund within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- No refund will be issued for products showing damage, dents, scratches, or removal of tags and paper wraps.
2. Return Guidelines for Plastic-Covered Skin Care Products
Products with only a plastic top covering Only are not eligible for return or Refund (Add List of Products that doesn’t have double seal)
3. Return Guidelines for Offers and Set Values:

Pickup for Returns
- To arrange a pick-up, please contact our customer care team daily between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (UAE Time) on +971528991908 or theverdewell@gmail.com
- Please allow 2 working days for us to arrange for a pick-up.
- Once delivered to us, it takes up to 5 working days for returns to be processed.
- Verde & Well will only refund the delivery cost if your order is incorrect or faulty.
- If the item was faulty when you received it, please notify us within 2 days of receipt.
